•  麥格理單位信託基金系列內有主要投資於股本證券的多個不同的子基金，每一子基金有不同的投資目標及/或風險範圍。子基金未必適合所有投資者。
• 子基金可投資於下列工具的任何一項或其組合:
           o 近日新股 – 價格表現因缺乏交易往績而難於評估；
           o 結構性產品 – 子基金可將其資產淨值不多於15%投資於並非在交易所或場外交易市場或其他有組織證券市場上市或掛牌的結構性產品。投資於結構性產品或需承受流通性風險、波動風險及交易對手風險；
           o 小型公司 – 中、小型公司的股票價格或會因流通性較低、對經濟狀況轉變較敏感及未來增長前景較不明朗而較大型公司更為波動；
           o 期貨 – 子基金可投資於期貨合約作對沖及其他用途。基於期貨所含的槓桿效應，投資於期貨或會導致大幅虧損。
• 投資於新興市場（例如：中國）的子基金須承受較高的波動風險及流通性風險，而投資於某一或某些特定市場（例如：中、小型公司及基建行業）的子基金須承受的集中性風險會較依循更多樣化政策的基金為高。
• 投資決定乃屬於閣下，但閣下不應投資於任何子基金，除非向閣下銷售有關子基金的中介人已告知閣下有關子基金乃適合閣下，並已向閣下闡明理由，包括投資於有關子基金如何與閣下的投資目標符合一致，則作別論。
